Construction Services Group is proud to be one of the first Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) companies in Spring, Texas. We are trained to evaluate the special needs of individuals who are physically challenged or disabled, but wish to remain in their home. We have expanded our services to include home modifications for aging adults as well as people with special needs. What Is “Aging-In-Place”?

In plain English, aging-in-place means living in one’s home safely, independently, and comfortably, regardless of age, income, or ability level. It means the pleasure of remaining in a familiar environment throughout one’s maturing years, and the ability to enjoy the familiar daily rituals and special events that enrich all of our lives. It means the reassurance of being able to call a house a home for a lifetime.
